How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If your candle is in stock and ready to ship, processing time is typically 1-5 business days. Custom orders, pre-orders, and peak seasons may extend this timeframe. Rest assured, your order is a top priority and is carefully packaged as quickly as possible.
Once your package leaves our studio, Klima Candle Co. has no control over shipping delays. Your order will include a tracking number, which you can use to follow its journey. Priority Mail Express / Overnight Shipping
Purchasing Priority Mail Express shipping does not bypass our processing times. Klima Candle Co. is a one-woman-owned and operated business, and while we work as quickly as possible, processing times still apply. However, if you leave a note at checkout, we’ll do our best to prioritize your order!

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
We do our best to meet processing and shipping estimates, but carrier delays are beyond our control. Unfortunately, Klima Candle Co. cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help—just send us an email!
If a claim results in a refund sent to us by the carrier, we can either refund or replace your order. However, Klima Candle Co. is not responsible for delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries.
If you have concerns about your order or if your items arrived damaged, please email help@klimacandleco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll do our best to make it right!
