Who We Are

At Klima Candle Co., we believe that a candle is more than just a flickering light. It's an experience. It's a mood. It's a moment of calm in a world that's constantly on the go (and honestly, who doesn’t need more of those?).

Our candles are hand-poured with 100% soy wax harvested from the Midwest (yes, we’re proud of that), because why burn anything less than the best? We only use cotton wicks and keep things as clean as possible—no phthalates, no Prop 65 ingredients, just pure, eco-conscious vibes. Oh, and we make our candles in small batches, because quality over quantity, always.

But let’s talk about the real magic: the scents. We pour all our heart (and a little bit of sass) into creating fragrances that smell so good you’ll wonder why anyone ever bothered with artificial air fresheners. No, we don’t do “basic.” We're talking about a scent experience that transports you, whether you're at home, at work, or pretending you’ve got your life together. (We see you.)

Meet the Maker

Hi, I’m Amy — mom, wife, and proud cat parent behind Klima Candle Co. When I’m not pouring candles, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, squeezing in a good workout, or getting lost in a great book.

My candle-making journey started long before it became a business. I’ve always loved the soft glow of a flickering flame and the way a beautiful scent can instantly shift the feel of a home. What I didn’t love? The migraines I got any time I burned mass-produced candles. So I began creating my own clean, headache-free versions just for me… and then for a few friends… until eventually, in the fall of 2024, I was gently nudged into turning this little hobby into something more.

Klima Candle Co. was born from the belief that your home should smell amazing without all the junk. My hope is that each candle you bring home fills your space with warmth, happiness, and the comforting scents you love — minus the toxins you don’t.
