Shipping
Estimated processing times are 5-7 days. All orders will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's journey. Klima Candle Co. is not responsible for any lost packages.
Please be sure to double check your delivery address. Klima Candle Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, Klima Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
Please be sure to double check your shopping cart before placing your order. Klima Candle Co. is not responsible for orders placed wrongly by the consumer.
Returns
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable. We have a 30-day return policy on most other items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Damage
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at klimacandleco@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
